Convention Center
The Cottonwood Inn & Suites Convention Center has meeting rooms to accommodate functions for 2 to 200 people! Our full-size meeting room is 40'x60', and we have a 40'x60' tent with optional walls available for rent (on-premises only).
Meetings
Meeting arrangements can include ceiling-mounted projectors, DVD player, laptop, state-of-the-art sound system, flip charts, dry erase boards, and free WiFi. Meeting layouts can include theatre, conference, or classroom style.
Banquets
We will be happy to arrange for refreshments or a meal to accommodate your meeting attendees. Our extensive menu selection is varied and affordably priced. We can also accommodate special requests.
Catering
Prefer to meet somewhere else? Not a problem! We have the ability to cater to venues of 800+ people! We'll bring the food and full bar to your next event!
Weddings
We can also host your wedding reception, complete with a dance floor and full bar, to make your special day even better!
